3. Return and Exchange Policy We are happy to help if you need to return or exchange your order. Please note the following guidelines: Return Window: Items can be returned within [e.g., 30] days from the date of purchase or delivery. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund status. Refunds and Exchanges: You can choose a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size/color, or store credit. 4. In-Store Policies (if applicable) Fitting Rooms: We ask that customers limit the number of items taken into the fitting rooms and ensure all items are returned to staff or the designated area. Code of Conduct: We expect all customers to be respectful towards our staff and fellow shoppers. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
